Jack Danger Promoted to Head of Community at Stern Pinball

July 25, 2025

Mike meeting Jack Danger at the Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, WI.

Stern Pinball announced on July 21, 2025 that Twitch pinball legend Jack Danger is stepping into the newly created role of Head of Community. Having previously built his reputation streaming under “DeadFlip,” working as a brand ambassador, and later designing standout titles like Foo Fighters and The Uncanny X-Men, Jack is now returning to livestreaming and leading Stern’s community engagement and content efforts.

In this expanded position, Jack will balance finishing his next in-development game alongside his Stern responsibilities. He’ll serve as a public face for the company, creating strategic content, nurturing relationships across platforms like Twitch and YouTube, and continuing to stream through the official DeadFlip Twitch channel.

Why This Matters to Punk Rock Pinball

Jack Danger is one of our favorite pinball designers here at Punk Rock Pinball. We’re proud owners of both the Foo Fighters and Uncanny X-Men machines, two signature Stern releases he led. We even had the thrill of meeting Jack in person at the Midwest Gaming Classic in Milwaukee, where he kindly signed the art blades on our Foo Fighters machine. That was a highlight for us as fans and collectors.

We love his creative vision, his energy, and his honesty on his pinball streams. This new role feels like a perfect fit.

What We’re Excited About

We’re excited to see Jack take on a more visible, community-focused role at Stern. His return behind the camera to stream pinball content and act as a bridge between fans and the company is a big win for the hobby.

At Punk Rock Pinball, we hope to feature Jack as a guest on our podcast someday. We’d love to talk about his design work, streaming journey, and vision for pinball’s future. And maybe even get a hint about what’s coming next.

Final Thoughts

To sum it up, Jack Danger’s move to Head of Community is a major step forward for Stern and the broader pinball world. It brings together his strengths as a streamer, designer, and ambassador into one unified role. If his past work with Foo Fighters and Uncanny X-Men is any indication, this new chapter promises even more great things for pinball.

Stay tuned. This might be one of the most exciting developments in pinball this year. Follow our pinball blog for more pinball content!
